Web browser version, IP address, time zone, cookie information, which pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected automatically using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels.

Order information
Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number, collected when you place an order.

Customer support information
Any information you share with us when you contact us, such as your name, email address, order number and the content of your message.

Newsletter information
Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.

3. Why we use your information (and the legal basis)

  • To process and deliver your order, handle payments, returns and refunds, and keep you updated about your order — performance of a contract.
  • To provide customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
  • To keep the Site working, secure and free from fraud — legitimate interest.

  • To send you marketing emails and show you relevant ads — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share your information with

We only share personal information with service providers that help us run our store, and only as far as needed:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders.
  • Payment providers — to process your payment securely. We never store your full card details ourselves.
  • Shipping and fulfilment partners — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
  • Email marketing and analytics tools — to send newsletters (if you signed up) and understand how the Site is used.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
